The days before
Sleep well and stay hydrated — healthy skin takes ink better. Skip alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, avoid heavy sun on the area, and don’t shave it yourself; I’ll handle prep in the studio.
The day of
Eat a proper meal before you arrive and bring a snack and water for longer sessions. Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the placement. Come rested rather than rushed — a settled body sits better and heals better.
Arrive calm, and let the rest of it be my job.
